Excellent service!
I’m a senior and it started about six months ago when I was working on a paper Mâché project which included flower water glue. The mice in my garage ate my project to make a nest. I called Aptive for help with getting rid of the mice so far, I have killed five and one rat. I now seem to have a rat family in my attic and Aptive came yesterday March 24. Updating to 1 star from 5. No idea what changed but this company began servicing my home almost 6 times a year. Once I started paying attention I realized I had been charged an ungodly amount of money in 2025 for way too much service. I was offered some plan of $50 a month by the tech I spoke to which apparently he had no authority to make and I was charged the regular price for his service. I called to cancel and was offered a quarterly service only for $80 per service. I took the bait. 6 weeks later they scheduled another ... read more
