After more than four years as Aptive customers, we canceled our service after one of their representatives directed a racial slur at my husband, and the company’s response (or lack thereof) was unacceptable and unprofessional. Just two days after our routine pest service was performed by Aptive, a company representative came to our home three separate times in one day attempting to sell us services we already had. Jason did such a wonderful job, he explained everything he did and even sent pictures. He was so kind and respectful.
Quentin, the service technician is a consummate professional. He provided world class customer service by asking thoughtful questions about my home and the presence of various species of insects. He explained in detail and non technical language the chemical treatments and how they would remedy my pest control concerns.
