Love the service !
Poor experience and hard to understand the customer service representatives. I was given a run around and after promised a free re-service for a house we moved into that had mouse droppings and was already being serviced by Aptive- but the free service didn’t happen. Disappointed and will be going somewhere else.
If I could give less stars I would TOTAL SCAM!! Sold a package by a fast talking "used car" salesman for Aptive. The package was $298 for four quarterly treatments. We paid up front thinking we were good for the year. We received 1 treatment then were charged for the second $149. No refund NO response after a month of trying from the sales person. Technician must be in a hurry to get to appointments because I was just tailgated by one of them while I am doing 5 over the speed limit, I get over from the fast lane because my exit is coming up, he gets over behind me continues to tailgate me in the slow lane and realizes he can't go anywhere else faster so he gets back over and cuts someone off in the fast lane so he could continue.
