I would highly recommend staying away from Active Pest Control. The salesperson assured us we could cancel anytime, but we were blindsided by a $200 cancellation fee that was never disclosed upfront. Clearly, they hide this in the fine print while telling customers something different. The service itself wasn’t great either. Save yourself the hassle and go with a reputable local company instead. If I could give zero stars, I would.
Came out multiple times. Didn’t notice any differences from not using them. Then they tried to come out in December . Major outdoor bug issues in the winter.
