I called them , because a neighbor uses their service. My call was thrown into their call center sales area. It was awful. I asked simple pricing questions and got a very pushy sales person (Mike) who tried to “ strong arm “ me into signing up for their services on the spot. I said, I am gathering info and I will talk to my wife and call you back. He did not like that and hung up on me!
Just got my kids to bed and they come ringing my doorbell at 8:45 pm. Woke up both kids and got the dog going crazy. Give it a rest!
Junk company that pushes door to door solicitation.
The sales rep was ringing doors at almost 9pm on a holiday in a neighborhood with multiple kids already asleep for school the next day. I would never do business with a company so disrespectful of peoples space and time.
DIFFICULT to discontinue service. They continue to text with next date of service even though the contract is over and I have called and stopped service. The is no where on their website to discontinue service. I am having my credit card stop payment on any future bills. I have asked them not to come on my property again. This is a dishonest company that makes it difficult to stop service. At $149 a visit, they should LISTEN to the customer. I am contacting the BBB in Madison, WI.
