Got a knock on the door, the gentleman introduced himself, showed who he worked for and was very well spoken. He was extremely polite and throughly explained everything. Then we met Cody who too was very friendly and explained everything. Both men were very professional as well as nice!!
I was scheduled for a window between 8am & 10am. The person arrived at 11:40 am. This was the reason I cancelled the service when I had it previously.
