Still no mice. And indoor bugs gone. Waiting to see how the spring & summer go as far as outdoor bugs etc go. But very optimistic
Our technician is really great with communication. He always communicates when he expects to be here and also communicate if he will be delayed. He communicates when he’s finished so we can start the time we need to wait before we let our dog out.
The Aptive worker was on time, very nice and friendly, answered all my questions and concerning areas, and even sent me 8 pictures of the areas he sprayed.
Brandon was very polite, respectful, just very nice all around. He went over everything in detail and made sure that I understood each step before moving on. When I told him about our potential problem areas, he made sure to check everything and make sure it was taken care of. I was extremely happy with his service and I appreciate how professional he was.
