Salesman was nice and did a good job. However, I was given a window of 9am-11am for service and they would notify me when they were 30mins out. They showed up at 4:30pm without notice. Job got done, but it wasn’t professional that they showed up approximately 6hrs past their original scope without a courtesy heads up.
Lock your doors when the shady door to door salesman rolls up on his Segway… This company is terrible and will charge you the monthly $100 fee, no show and then refuse to offer a credit to offset services not rendered. I couldn’t cancel fast enough. Save yourself the time and grief and hire a legitimate pest control service.
Shady door to door sales practices. Ignored no soliciting sign and knocked on my door persistently waking up my infant. Absolutely trash.
Contract was for 18 months or 12 treatments and this is after their high pressure salesman came twice to our house decided to cancel and I did 12 treatments and decided to cancel they’re now telling me no I only did 11 because the first initial treatment didn’t count plus their workers were rushed everytime and missed so many cob webs they sent you pictures and it’s like they walk around your house taking pictures then get right back in their vehicle and leave
On July 9, 2025, I was approached on my property by an extremely aggressive salesperson without notice or permission to enter my property who represented Aptive Pest Control with headquarters in Utah. He was extremely pushy and would not leave my property until I agreed to purchase insect spray from his company. He started at $135 a month for the service and when I refused, he kept reducing the price until he got down to $50 a month.
