Individual taking care of the property was conscientious and professional. Took the necessary time to adult wife’s concerns. Give him a 10 out of a 10.

Great customer service, and very happy with the results!
The service was courteous and thorough, with pre-treatment messaging and treatment photos and our pest problems were minimal during treatment windows. They lost a star (and eventually my business) when their auto-scheduling, which was supposed to deliver 4 treatments a year, jumped to 6 treatments. After calling customer service they corrected it for a year and then it jumped back to 6. Not sure why this was happening, but that meant I was paying 50% more per year than I had agreed to. Twice.
