HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I reached out about wasp removal only. I specially said I did not want any other services or contracts. I was told by TWO different people that there was no contract. When the technician arrived , I verified AGAIN that I did not want any service other than the wasps removal I called about it. He told me I was not bound to any other service or contract before he started. Then he removed the wasps, I paid him and he left.
