We signed up May 2024, received initial treatment days later, and were pleased with the results. Fast forward to the last few months / weeks in trying to get service, we were scheduled 2x and no one showed up. After the first no-show I rescheduled it and then today was their second no-show. Inconsistent quality of service. Poor communication between sales, technical, and call center staff. 0 stars for sales staff. They have an overly aggressive door-to-door sales campaign with staff who don't seem to fully understand the product offered. The young man who originally handled my contract assured me that their pesticide was safe for my poultry and the pollinators. This turned out to be a lie, and honestly I'm a little embarrassed that I believed him. Found out later he also lied about being my neighbor's pest guy ... read more
An aggressive salesman begrudgingly talked my elderly mother into a contract. They did such a terrible job, my mom got rodents, and had to hire a different pest company to help her. The new company said “they are taking advantage of your mother as they’re not doing anything.” This is infuriating being that she’s elderly and they are not even doing remotely a decent job. Be careful with this company. They are not what they seem from our very unfortunate experience.
I have been with Aptive for a couple of years. As a disabled person I get paid on the last day of the month. For some reason they just pretend show up and do not talk to you and charge you 159 for... pretending to spray your yard. They have been told many times DO NOT COME IN THE MIDDLE OF THE MONTH. And yet I awake to Sunday night and check my finances and I am 159 overdrawn! They are picking on a disabled person and they do not care.
2 year contract and only sprayed outside never once was it sprayed on the inside. Found out from neighbors that there was supposed to also spray inside. That was a month from the contract to be expired. That was in June now they call me up and ask if I want to discontinue services I said no contract has expired. Still wanted me to discontinue the service. Sure so I can pay a fee. Nope expired contract. Have a good day.
