I am not one to leave a bad review but I'd like to save others from the nighmare we've experienced with this company. We were charged for 2 months of service we never received, we then requested a refund and was never issued that refund but charged again. Have called at least 6 times in regards to the refund and still have never received it. Trying to cancel the service and still getting the run around. I’ve been with Aptive for about 4.5 years now and I have been extremely pleased with service they provide. Technicians are knowledgeable, professional and are always available to answer/address any questions or concerns I have. The only issue I have is the price. I understand costs have increased across the board but the price has increased $20 since 2025 and $40 since 2021. That is a bit disappointing. However, I would recommend Aptive to anyone who is needing solutions to their particular pest problems.
