Joseph was really helpful with the pest control and giving some help with a critter issue. Really appreciate his work.
The people I talked to were fine, but normally I never sign contracts with people at the door. I did this time and quickly regretted it. Ergo, I canceled the contract after one day.
Yahir Rojas was our Tech yesterday, he was very personable, thorough and knew his stuff! Pretty much every tech that I have had come to the house for our services have been very professional yet open and friendly very thorough. Listens to everything that we have as far as concerns. I have been very happy with Aptive for years now!
Today was my first use of Aptiv. I need more visits to determine real effectiveness. The tech communicated and appeared on time.
