Just switched from Byram to Aptiva for diabetic GCM. Wow. They do what they are supposed to! I got my resupply comfortably a few days before I used up my current monitor. Byram, for whatever reason, always delivered the resupply a day or two after! my current monitor ended. Huge anxiety for this old diabetic. Thank you Aptiva.
Was helped by Anna C, she is fantastic. Courteous and efficient. My wife and I had multiple issues which Anna took care of with one phone call, and followed up the next day. Fantastic customer service.
