Was helped by Anna C, she is fantastic. Courteous and efficient. My wife and I had multiple issues which Anna took care of with one phone call, and followed up the next day. Fantastic customer service.
They were the only company which actually followed up with the prescriber and shipped the Libre 3 patches. Thank you very much. Other companies stated they were working on it but never shipped anything or advised me they were dropping the ball!
