Cannot keep scheduling straight. Will double booked you for appointments at 2 offices at the same time on opposite ends of town. Cannot keep a consistent office for your appointments. I went to two doctors appointments and a physical therapy appointment at 1 office then when I was scheduled for a physical therapy appointment with the same therapist I showed up to that office for them to tell me that it was at the Middletown office.
