We were cycling in the area and had noticed the cafe whilst researching our route. Small cafe area with tables and comfy seats and some tables outside. Lovely prompt service and a decent cup of coffee. Plenty of bike racks outside. We didn't eat but prices seemed reasonable. We shall certainly visit again when cycling in the area
This gym caters for everyone and is a genuinely friendly place to go. Nothing is too much trouble and the Coffee Shop is amazing too !!!

Great gym
Such a friendly and welcoming gym . I’ve only recently started attending Aptitude, and been to some excellent classes , with great instructors. Would highly recommend.
