I love Aptitude Fitness. The instructors are super friendly and always help me with my workouts. They show great form and keep me motivated. My favorite is the barbell classes. The personal trainer advice is spot on and pushes me when I need it and helps me feel stronger each class. I get excited to return here again for my next strength training session.

I've been going to Aptitude Fitness for 3 years. The small gym environment and small classes allows the instructors to help me on my form and helps form a great community of support. Started my health journey Sept 1st and trialed a few places before choosing Aptitude. I love Bar Bell and kick boxing the most. Classes are small and welcoming. They make working out fun.
