Not pleased with the impacts of the Ithaca project
Aptitude Developement and Whittenburg Construction building the Marshall Louisville has had no regard for neighbors or the community in 1 1/2 yrs building this. Trash and styrofoam beads everywhere in neighbors yards, driveways, vehicles, sidewalks and streets. Screws in public streets, huge manlifts left overnight for months in middle of Creel ave with no reflective/lighted signs creating hazard for drivers and emergency vehicles .
