I had a very enjoyable time with this company, and the agents were very detailed. Something I really like about this company is that all their agents were knowledgeable about condos and what condos would best fit based on what requirements I had. I mentioned that I worked at Columbus Circle, and the agents remembered and tried to find condos in the locations I wanted that were near areas that I could easily take transportation to Columbus Circle. They found condos that would be convenient for me because they know I really value the location of the condo. They also took into account the various amenities and requirements I had and which ones I valued the most. I had a price range of around 1 mil to 1.4 mil and they were able to find condos that fit in that range that fulfilled the requirements I had. They were also very flexible around my schedule when it came to scheduling meetings and scheduling showings. Overall, I had a very good experience with this company and its agents, and they definitely go above and beyond to help me find my dream home. If I were to move, I would definitely come back for help.

"Darina helped me find a co-op, and I really love it. The location is great and very convenient as it is near a bunch of bus stops and train stations. There are a lot of great restaurants nearby and the neighborhood is very nice and clean. The co-op itself is very spacious and clean, and the neighbors are welcoming. I told her that I wanted a co-op that had a lot of space and had a good neighborhood, and the agents gave me exactly that. I was a bit confused about how to buy a co-op, but she worked through the process with me step by step. When Darina was unavailable, her company APT212 was very understanding and would explain the process to me multiple times when I had a few misunderstandings. The company also happily answered all questions that I had and was very detail-oriented when explaining what each co-op included. Darina also questioned what types of requirements I had and any specificities, making sure to tailor their search as best as they could to find the best co-op for me. The agents and the company know how to please a client, and I am definitely satisfied.

I just bought a condo, and APT212 helped me find my dream home. I was having trouble searching for the right condo for me, because I had so many different factors that were important to me, like location, price, and how spacious the condo is. This company and the agent that was assigned to me, Olivia, took into account every factor that I asked for and gave me a list of condos that fulfilled everything. I had a price range of $800,000 - $1,200,000, and this company was able to find condos for that price with amazing amenities. Every time I had questions and had meetings with Olivia about finding a condo, she was very nice and understanding. Their office is very welcoming and I felt very comfortable talking to the agents and asking any questions I had. I not only got to talk to Olivia who was helping me, but other agents were friendly and asked how my condo search was going whenever I went into the office. They not only answered the questions I had, but they also offered extra details, and I am so grateful they went above and beyond to try and find the best condo for me.

I think APT212 does a great job at helping homeowners buy their dream home in a city like NYC. Thanks to its team of real estate experts who move Heaven and Earth to find you a property that suits your needs. I am saying this because of the experience I had while I was looking for an apartment in SoHo. I got in touch with Olivia, and everything from there went smoothly as if she took the weight off my shoulders. It was really easy and without any stress finding the right furnished apartment in New York for only 3 months. I contacted their office and they transferred me to an agent. I told him what I was looking for, the budget, my prefered neighborhood etc. He did some research and sent me the apartments that fulfilled my criteria. We scheduled a viewing and after I picked my favorite, he sent over all the paperwork. It did not think that it would be so easy to find an affordable place for my internship in NY.

As a student and just moved to the city, searching apartments was hard. Before I found APT212, finding an apartment in Manhattan was frustrating as so many options, requirements like credit score, proofs of income, offer letter. However, my agent, Min has been very helpful in search me a best apartment to stay in NYC. She answered all my concerns and was very efficient. The whole process was easy, quick, smooth. Checking in and checking out were easy too. I would highly recommend APT212 and agent Min to my friends"

The agency was really helpful in finding the right studio for my stay in NY. I am a freelancer and had a project in NY for two months. A friend recommended the service of APT212 and I contacted them. After reviewing the options they sent me, the agent showed me some of them. My overall experience was really good. It is so easy, they explain all the paperwork, and the best part is, it's all furnished which is convenient when you are only there for a short time.

As an international student and was about to move to the New York, it’s impossible for me to fly there to find an apartment. She answered my concerns such as credit score and proof of incomes, and questions efficiently and professionally. The whole process was easy, quick, smooth.
