phenomenal service. They came to see us for a leak, they were speedy, answered all my questions on inspection, helped guide a first time major plumbing issues client through to find the best solution, and the worksmanship on the job is elite. Some people make a trade look like hard work, but some can make the finished work look so natural and polished that you wish the plumbing was on the outside. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
Very very very poor service , have had to deal with this company the last 5 years due to starta choice of plumbing. 3/4 years ago we had work done the company said both other plumbers were wrong so they could be very cheap and get the work, 1.5/2 years later same issues with the sewer line then they come out and agreed the issue was what the other 2 companies said , so the work prior was $1600 ish but not mention of oh sorry we will credit it to the new work. Apartment above me was having plumbing issues. Had a few plumbers from APT request access to my place in order to assist my neighbour and complete their job. I was happy to help. I offered to help them find the room they were looking for but was promptly ignored. The plumbers proceeded to walk through the apartment (including carpeted areas) with their dirty shoes, opening closed doors trying to find where they needed to go. If I could give a quarter star that would be embellishing! Didn’t turn up at appointed time. Said the bloke who was to come to quote, called in sick ! Ok distraction # 1 I chased to have someone come for roofing issue quote.#2 Ben couldn’t be bothered to get my quote or return phone calls (3) returned as he was “Watching Super Bowl’ and would get Dan to call me shortly” # 3 Three days later no call, no quote.#4 Called and spoke to someone who answered the phone with ‘Hello’ I asked to speak to the owner of the business.
