Terrible customer service. I called APT Plumbing Services about a hot water leak and Daniel Bonita was extremely rude. He showed no willingness to help and actually hung up on me mid-conversation. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. I was hoping to get support for a hot water leak, but Daniel was quite dismissive and ended the call abruptly. It wasn’t the experience I expected from a professional plumbing service. I hope the company can improve their communication and service in the future.
