Nas is great! He’s professional with these cars. He’s always receptive to all my concerns relating to taking off care of both my Audi and Mercedes SUV’s. He’s always shown a strong commitment to a providing me with a amazing customer experience. Fromm diagnosis to job completion, I know my cars are in great hands when I leave them with Nas.
My 2013 Audi Q5 sprung a leak out of nowhere that I needed to be fixed asap. Not only was Nas upfront, honest, and forthcoming but they got the work done a day earlier than quoted. That saved me a lot of trouble. Definitely plan on being a repeat customer!
They called me an infidel and wouldn’t work on my car
Nas is great! Super knowledgeable mechanic and on top of that a very honest and trustworthy guy. I highly recommend APT and Nas.
Get a carfax. They sold me a car with a salvage title. They told me it had a clean title. We came to an agreement on how to make things right, but it was all lip service. My next review will be with the Better Business Bureau.
