Kind, thorough and professional. A very safe place for my puppy!!
Our appointment on Thursday was very professionally handled. I had some concerns but I was given a reasonable explanation about the problem which satisfied me. They handled my little dog in a gentle and considerate manner.
I was so grateful and impressed with the care we received. The gentleman at the front desk was so friendly, kind and helpful. We were without heart medication for our senior little Schnauzer, and without delay, they kindly were able to help us out. Thank you so much for your amazing care!
Still trying to figure out how they go on about supporting the local Apsley community but if your pet need to have your pet looked at even in a emergency situation they tell you to go somewhere else as they no longer take new patients . What a joke . Perhaps they should sell with to a vet that welcomes everyone . STILL A 3 YR WAIT LIST
Dr. Meagan and her entire team at AVS have always provided us with the best and most compassionate care. Can't thank them enough for how they handle our fur babies. Especially during the hardest part...he end of their little lives.
