I highly recommend going to Peterborough animal hospital instead of this place. They seem kind upon entry and initial exam however they took two weeks to get back to me over the phone once my dogs results of advanced kidney disease and pancreatitis came in.. i attempted calling them multiple times to try and connect with the veterinarian to no avail even after the secretary on staff telling me it's imperative that I speak with the veterinarian immediately.. like wth, I am certain that without the help of another clinic and p... read more

Our appointment on Thursday was very professionally handled. I had some concerns but I was given a reasonable explanation about the problem which satisfied me. They handled my little dog in a gentle and considerate manner.
I was so grateful and impressed with the care we received. The gentleman at the front desk was so friendly, kind and helpful. We were without heart medication for our senior little Schnauzer, and without delay, they kindly were able to help us out. Thank you so much for your amazing care!
Still trying to figure out how they go on about supporting the local Apsley community but if your pet need to have your pet looked at even in a emergency situation they tell you to go somewhere else as they no longer take new patients . What a joke . Perhaps they should sell with to a vet that welcomes everyone . STILL A 3 YR WAIT LIST
