I am a patient of Dr Eshnin at Apsley Medical Centre and I have found him to a very fine General Practitioner including a gentleman. I wish to state that reception and the Practice Manageress at Apsley Medical Centre are extremely professional, kind, courteous and very well mannered to my elderly father including myself. This practice is a disgrace. I have being going to this surgery for over 15 years. Recently I was treated terribly by one of the GPs who knew I was struggling and unwell. Her behaviour was extremely unprofessional, rude, dismissive and unethical. This practice failed to provide appropriate treatment and duty of care to myself as a long standing patient. The consequences caused me severe mental decline affecting my whole life. I DO not recommend this unethical practice to anyone. I will be making a formal complaint.
The receptionist should know how to behave with patients
The receptionist behavior is too rude.
I am a patient of Dr Eshnin at Apsley Medical Centre and I have found him to a fine medical doctor, including a gentleman and he also looks and treats me like his own brother as I am much older than Dr Eshnin age wise.
