Incredibly rude staff and doctor. They don't care about your health at all.
The receptionist Rani is extremely rude. I am shocked by the way she spoke/raised her voice at me. It turned out to be her mistake and misunderstanding.
It’s so unethical that I just found out about this centre if your Test result is “Normal” they do not send any notification unless it is a “Non Urgent/Urgent”? What concerned to me was I had been taking the antibiotics for no reason because I didn’t receive any sms until I prompted them a call after 6days later wanting to know if they had got the result back? Worse was Dr told me to book after a week time and she prescribed me to take the antibiotics regardless of the result!
