The manager here is VERY unprofessional. I’ve been staying here at the BWH in Fairburn Ga. for a little over a year and ever since she came here it has been nothing but chaos. She is a bully and a pathological liar. She talks about staff to guests and talks about the guests to staff. She gets too personal with the guests as well. Despicable!!!!! There are so many other options. Book elsewhere.They have no customer service and treat people horribly. Completely ignore customers and leave people without rooms in the middle of the night because they overbook. Stay away. Zero starts if google would allow it.
