Ordered a microwave/ convection oven. Paid cash for the product and delivery. Have them 2 phone numbers to call when in. Never received phone call so I called them and the lady on the phone was sooooo Nasty and was annoyed because she had to talk to me and my husband. I called them several times and talked to an elderly man who took my name and number who said the lady would call me back but never did.
