Sara did great with my eyebrow. However, it was very frustrating to make an appointment a week in advance for facial treatment and then they gave my turn to someone who booked an hour ago because she speaks Hindu. Waiting for an hour and half was a really bad experience. When I expressed my frustration they offered a discount, but they told each other in Hindu (don't add vitamine E to her mask) and they did not realize that I understood the conversation. I love coming here to get my eyebrows threaded. Mya is AMAZING. All the staff are really sweet, and I only spend 15 minutes max in here. Book!
I am so glad a friend introduced me here. Apsara has a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, where you feel welcomed on your first visit. You can tell they are dedicated to the craft of making you look your best. Will definitely keep coming back! Update: I stand by my earlier review. I've been going for the last three years. Apsara always does a very thorough and skillful job, with real attention to detail. She is a real craftswoman. Thank you.
First time here and I showed Maya how I wanted my eyebrows shaped and she did not disappoint!! She was super professional and gentle handed my eyebrows came out perfect. Definitely will be a loyal customer!
