Very disappointing experience with Apsara Ice Creams, Kandivali West. The Death By Chocolate Sundae arrived mostly melted, with hardly any proper brownie chunks, crunchy chocolate bits, or nuts as advertised. The quantity and proportion of toppings were also far less than expected for the price paid. When I raised the complaint, Swiggy refused a monetary adjustment and simply suggested that I rate the restaurant instead of addressing the issue.
