I recently visited Apsara Ice Cream Shop, and while the service was top-notch - the staff were friendly and attentive - the product itself was a letdown. We purchased the mango family pack for ₹400, but unfortunately, it didn't meet our expectations. The ice cream was surprisingly powdery, and the fruits were over-frozen, losing their natural texture and taste. Has amazing and new flavour collection. And, the service is quick with responsive staff members. But the overall ambience and cleanliness of the shop is average.
The manager is really rude after choosing,2 items for take away needed ,1 more product he said we don't offer to taste more then ,4 items to taste We don't care we taste because was offered to taste and buy It was really a awfull taste and buy experience compared to other ice cream parlours They should put a board that only 4 testers available to buy from them so to avoid such embarrassing situation buy he manager.
Must visit place...do try their Guava ice-cream...it's to die for
