I recently visited Apsara Ice Cream Shop, and while the service was top-notch - the staff were friendly and attentive - the product itself was a letdown. We purchased the mango family pack for ₹400, but unfortunately, it didn't meet our expectations. The ice cream was surprisingly powdery, and the fruits were over-frozen, losing their natural texture and taste.
