Went by today and the plant is long gone, as in dismantled, relocated and no longer on site. Apparently the stream powered generator has been removed, it's been completely replaced by a vacant lot and a nearby massive solar farm to the northwest. Currently only the former fuel storage tanks remain on the original site.
