Unfortunately, can not give anything less than a 1 star review but literally the worst company ever. Would rather everything go to collections than to bill your actual insurance appropriately.

scam！after deliver baby get a lot scam bills, this is one of it. Coz they bill my primary OB who was not deliver my baby and wrong hospital location.

I’m afraid I must agree with all other posts that have rated this organization very poorly - I received a statement dated 01/10/25 showing a balance due of $673.88 on a claim from8/15/24 that had been for $832.-$158.12 had been previously paid - on 2/14/25 I received a final notice for the $673.88 and was advised that this account would be turned over to a collection agency and my credit adversely affected - I called my insurance carrier and we got on a 3 party conservation with the pathology billing office -turns out that b... read more

Bogus Bill. The amount owed matches nothing in my medical history, including the dates filed. My own doctor's office doesn't even recognize these people.

After my interaction this morning with a customer service rep who sounded like an addict I'm compelled to report this company to the Massachusetts attorney general. Evasive doesn't begin to describe this interaction. The secured online payment isn't working after 4 days of attempts I informed the rep. She responded with I guess its not but you can give me your credit card information. I said no. Can I pay at the Hospital it was performed at (Henry Heywood) I asked ?
