This place is a joke. They turned me into collections without ever sending me a bill. Come to find out they sent my bill to a completely different city, but the collection agency surprisingly had my correct address. Then, they hadn’t even billed my insurance company for the services I had. I had to instruct them to bill my insurance. What a joke. I live in Australia, and had a medical bill while I was visiting the states. Their website does not work outside the USA and they don’t take credit cards from overseas. I’ve been trying to pay my account and they’ve sent me to collections offering no other option to pay my bill.
I am giving the COMMENTS 5 stars ☆☆☆☆☆ because they ALL warned me about this scam operation. I few days ago I received a Final Notice bill from Professional Pathology Services in Toledo. I never had any other bills from them before I received the Final Notice. For some reason the bill just didnt seem completely authentic so I looked it up on line and found all of you :) Isn't GOOGLE grand? Thanks for the easily found comments and the much needed warnings. My scam bill is going in the shredder.

lol such a scam They charged me $160 for a mole scraping my clinic sent them. I called and told them my insurance should be covering it and gave them my info. A month later they tripled the charge to $430+. A blank statement with a deleted itemization with no explanation My clinic said they’ll take care of it
