Sent bill when insurance had already paid this agency. No where to contact them to upload documentation. Forcing a phone call or to just pay. What a joke!
Threatened to send me to collections several times using the name of my healthcare system (who had never heard of them!) while EOB and balance was 0. They got rid of charges as soon as I got on a conference call with them and a rep from my insurance company. Do not let them bully you into paying!
Was billed for someone's else's medical tests. Contacted them and told them it's clearly for the wrong person (as I have not been to a doctor or hospital in over a year) and they turned around and just sent a new letter detailing someone else's blood tests. They are now threatening to send it to debt collection. This company needs to be investigated for fraudulant business practices.
Received a bill in October 2025 for $31.62. Unable to pay online due to online access being down. Called company to pay by phone and was told my Bill was special account and could only be processed on Thursday and Friday. Mailed a check for the amount that cleared in October. Received the same bill in December after paying in October. Called APS with check number and the date it cleared my bank. I went to the actual website where my bill would've been posted was not there im going to call my doctor to confirm this was a scam because its looking pretty sketchy already if its not on my online account through the doctor then how do I owe anything!! Geez with AI now i have to worry about physical mail as well
