Received a bill in October 2025 for $31.62. Unable to pay online due to online access being down. Called company to pay by phone and was told my Bill was special account and could only be processed on Thursday and Friday. Mailed a check for the amount that cleared in October. Received the same bill in December after paying in October. Called APS with check number and the date it cleared my bank. I went to the actual website where my bill would've been posted was not there im going to call my doctor to confirm this was a scam because its looking pretty sketchy already if its not on my online account through the doctor then how do I owe anything!! Geez with AI now i have to worry about physical mail as well
falsely saying i had bloodwork done on a day in a month i had no dr/testing done. sending me a "final notice" when this is the first letter i've gotten from them. call your insurance and dr check with them first!!! damn shady "debt" collectors.
If I could give them zero stars I would! They have been billing me for almost 12 months now. They keep telling me they’re billing my insurance which I know they’re not because my insurance company has never received anything from them. Every time I get a bill me and my insurance call and they always tell us they’re going to call the provider service line. I’ve talked to supervisors who don’t do anything as well. If only Google allowed zero star reviews. APS incorrectly double-billed my insurance provider for a simple blood test. The provider denied the erroneous charge, which was disallowed by the provider's contract. I was told that the matter was resolved several months ago, only to receive a letter threatening to send me to collections over the "outstanding balance."
