Booked an appointment for 8.30am ended up leaving 2 enquiring telephone messages.... not even a return call waited till 10.20am... lost 4 hrs pay... rubbish
Rung for a boiler repair never turned up no phone call nothing left with no heating hot water
On behalf of my mum. She’s been waiting since September, got a quote and was happy. Asked for some extra bits to be added to the bill, he didn’t reply and then said he went away or something and forgot but my mum had to keep asking and asking. He just either fobbed her off with a ‘I’ll look later/tomorrow’ or ignored her. Absolutely unprofessional. Has gave her a quote and she said yes go ahead could we have a date to start the job. He said he would get back to her with a date when he had looked into his diary later. Weeks l... read more
Boiler stopped working so I had no heating or hot water. They squeezed me in the same day even though they were really busy, came and diagnosed the fault. A part needed ordering, so they ordered it and returned the next day to fit. Brilliant service
