Lacking professionalism. I get a message late at night and don’t get a response the next morning. It’s been over a week.
Called for a simple estimate since their website is down, and the lady who answered was extremely arrogant, and hung up before the call was finished. My bad for calling. Make sure your website is fixed. So you don’t have to deal with calls. Thanks
