Such an easy company to deal with. From the initial quote to the installation it was hassle free. The first person we met from APS was Alex who did the quote. He knew his products and certainly no pressure. To double check another APS rep came and did the final measurements, asked about where we wanted window openings. This company is a professional outfit who produces quality products for a decent price. I quoted many vendors and APS was right up there with affordability and at the top with quality and attention to detail. The installers Matty and Leon were great communicators and excellent at getting the job done. So impressed with these guys. From Lyle who came over and did the detailed quote. To Cindy in the office who communicated well throughout the process. To the excellent installation handled professionally and efficiently by Cody and Hudson. They worked so well. Were polite and explained the whole process to us. They even cleaned up after themselves so well. Fantastic! 10 out of 10 would highly recommend!
A professional team led by Richie and Sam removed existing windows and front door and replaced these with appropriate double glazed units in a very professional and courteous manner. Two of the units required additional resources to lift into place - as one unit weighed around 300kgs. Sam's attention to detail with the window surrounds carpentry was exceptional.
