We had the best experience with this company from the moment the sales person came. Our installers were excellent, they were on time every day, worked from the minute they arrived until they left, solved problems easily (our house is in the hills), cleaned up everything and were an absolute delight. The windows are amazing and have exceeded all expectations. Not only do they look spectacular but the heat retention is immediate and we can no longer hear the traffic on a busy road behind our house. Thank you!
Just had the second stage of our windows done wow. Fantastic service from start with Customer service team, Salesman Lyle and onto finish with Cody and Hudson who installed our windows and new patio doors. Brilliant super efficient service and job, the quality of the windows is far more supreme to other windows we have seen installed.
Terrible sales experience, got offered a “discount” for a 5 star google review and to put a sign out the front. The “discount” brang it in line with others quotes. My cousin also got roped into this tactic and was a terrible job done by his words Would steer clear as the 5 star reviews are clearly paid for in one way or another
