Wish I could give this zero stars. bought a groupon for my sister for her birthday and when she goes to call and make an appointment 1 number goes right to voicemail and the other send you to a line for advertising for cheap scams. COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTING!
Horrible customer service. They mess up appointments and make zero effort to make up for it. I will never go back or recommend them ever. Just terrible.
If I️ could give them a zero I️ would. I️ have nothing positive to say about this “business”. I️ use the term business loosely since they are the least professional place I’ve ever been to. Their customer service couldn’t be any worse. NEVER EVER GO THERE. If my review helps even one person from wasting their money at this horrible excuse for a spa I️ will be happy.
***do not go**** they fail to honor Groupon after a 4 day reservation... please do yourself a favor and read they're Google reviews, multiple complaints for not honoring the Groupon. Poor service from beginning to end...
Literally THE WORST customer service ever. Made an appointment for a couples massage and when we showed up 4 Days later for our appointment they told us they did not have our reservation. I gave them all the information needed and they still refused our SCHEDULED appointment. Maybe you should have an actual business number instead of just a cell phone number that when I call to make said appointment you can tell the woman is in her car driving. I enjoyed my first time visit. The only issue I had was that no one was available at the front desk when we arrived for our appointment! We had to wait after our appointment time just to get registered. Otherwise it wasn't bad.
