Helped me deal with a vey difficult bully situation at work
Extremely rude receptionist when I had to postpone my young adult son’s appointment (I was in tears about my son). Complete disinterest, zero empathy or any attempt at understanding. A number of times she cut me off mid conversation to state the same about the policies! Then she manipulated and turned it around to say I was rude and won’t allow my son to be seen by Simon! Impossible to contact- I spent three weeks trying to make an appointment and got radio silence. The phone number goes straight to voicemail, several messages left with no return call. There is a mobile number on the website that says you can send a text to, text messages not responded to either. There is no email address provided just a contact form, several of those sent in as well, no response. Waste of time.
