Extremely frustrating experience. Initially, we were told it would take a day to replace the part, but then they admitted they had to order it, which was annoying but understandable. The real problem was their lack of communication. They estimated it would arrive by Wednesday, but when Friday came, we hadn't heard anything, so we had to call them.
