Extremely frustrating experience. Initially, we were told it would take a day to replace the part, but then they admitted they had to order it, which was annoying but understandable. The real problem was their lack of communication. They estimated it would arrive by Wednesday, but when Friday came, we hadn't heard anything, so we had to call them. They had to send the part back for programming, adding another week to the wait. The part was supposed to arrive on Monday, and they were supposed to call us, but they didn't. So,... read more
These knuckleheads did work on our car without even calling with an estimate or obtaining any kind of approval to perform the work. They managed to disable our horn and driver side window autoswitch while replacing the alternator, and never offered to fix those issues. The Bureau of Auto Repair issued a violation for their 'outstanding' work😒. Don't take your car there! maybe they're good most of the time, but they obviously have the propensity to be complete scumbags

I needed a emergency service a new alternator and they were able to get the part the same day and fix it. My dealership highly recommend them and they did a great job on such a short notice . Thank you!

I can't say enough about these guys! Prices are very reasonable and they are honest and dependable. Scott refused to let me pay him for his diagnosing time and actually advised me to NOT move forward with an exhaust repair until I did more diagnosing on my exhaust system. Great advice and honest service!
