APS provided an excellent service from start to finish. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my boiler and carried out the repair efficiently and professionally. Terrible service had someone out to fix a leak in my boiler turnt up 1.5 hours late, 'fixed' the problem very quickly left a horrendous mess and within 3-4 hours of leaving huge puddle apeared and leak is back and now wont answer me to come back out charged me a silly amount and just left a mess didnt solve anything

Highly recommend this company. They sent a team out to fix our immersion leak within an hour and a half of phoning, did a great job, and were cheaper than the British Gas quote we’d had.

James Brownell came to check our water tank which had a slow leak. He treated the job with the same sense of urgency as if it was his own water tank. He took our stress away and we got a quote for a replacement that was nearly half the price of another exorbitant quote. The job was done within hours of our call with this company. I can't praise James highly enough and many thanks to the admin staff who arranged to send him out.
