Impersonal, expensive service provider. Unexplainable high rates and unusual fees without options, I pay an average $125/month for my efficient, downstairs, two-bedroom apartment. Worst part about living in Arizona; paying these guys. APS is constantly being cited/sued for overcharging customers.
They keep demanding I pay cash only. I set up auto pay and there's always an issue. Seems negligent in a pandemic to demand I go get cash or a cashier's check and pay in person. I even mailed a personal check, they sent it back and asked for a cashier's check. I am high risk and around high risk people as well, they should just take my personal check. If i had another option for power, I'd use it! Monopoly for APS.
Power has gone out so many times since I moved here. And about 4 or 5 times since january. I'm going to start demanding money coming off my bill because of this. And its criminal there are no other companies to compete with these clowns.
