I went to Vail with some friends for my bachelorette party in December 2022. We decided to have a spa day, and could not have chosen a better spa! Caitlin was highly communicative and helpful throughout the whole process. We rented out the spa for a few hours which made it an even better experience since it could be just us as a group. Amazing experience, Katie, Zaira, and Adrienne were helpful, kind, and polite. Massage was great and the facial package was well worth it.
I had an Alpen Glow Brightening Facial with Melissa and it was amazing! She is a gifted esthetician. She customized my facial, and while highly knowledgeable, she also made the experience very relaxing! Highly recommend!
