If I could give negative stars I would. I purchases two hazard insurance policies and on one of the policies at time of inspection the insurance company dropped me. The agency NEVER reached out to me and when I called them to ask for help to see what happened they were basically clueless. Now a year later I never got a notice from neither the insurance company nor the agent which resulted in a lapse in coverage. From my previous experience with another agency.
