I'll admit, she is a bit tough on the brows, but they do look super clean and trim. For $20, the convenience and results really can't be beat.

She ruined my eyebrows. Worst threading I’ve ever gotten. She’s rough and painful and she’s rude and aggressive. She went way too thin and scraped my skins a few times with her tweezers. Will never go back
