Well this building is now being sold out from under me by my cousin Jan Wards . I got a very good deal from my past landlord for only $10k, my cousin financed the building for me since last November, the agreement was to pay her back within a year. I tried to give her 10k in June of 2013 , she has now decided she wants $20k instead , then listed the building for sale for $40k & now is evicting me so she can profit..............This is not only my Business but my residence.
