I purchased a large swim spa from Aprils and the front end purchase and delivery was great. The employee told us what was needed for electricity and we hired a contractor to install the lines. Well the instructions given by the employee were completely wrong and additional circuits are required. I called Aprils and they gave me a number of Mike the hot tub guy, of course no return calls back from him. I really wish this process would have been better with installation and knowledge.
