April's wonderful crews have been cleaning our home for over 3 years and we are very happy with the service. We wanted to use a locally owned cleaning firm and with her name on it, April makes sure everything is done right. There are usually 2 or 3 cleaners so new employees are always trained by experienced ones. They do all the standard cleaning and even clean the inside of the microwave and the cooktop grates! We don't need to go around looking for things that might have been missed everything is super clean!
I would not recommend April's Cleaning Service in the Raleigh, NC area. They did not truly clean most of the items they claimed they would, even after I asked them to clean certain things a second time before they left my property. They just smeared the dirt around without really removing it. They also ignored cleaning certain areas completely that should have been cleaned, like the top of the fridge, windowsills, vanity light fixtures, cabinets, tubs, and drawers in the kitchen and bath.
