They've taken care of my business insurance needs for years.
We had a catastrophic event when a pipe froze and flooded our recently purchased home. We had not even moved in yet. Once we filed a claim we never got a phone call asking how we were, or if we needed anything. Phone calls were not returned. It took 9 months before our home was reconstructed and during all that time our agent never contacted us to see how we were doing. Needless to say as soon as the claim was settled we changed agents. Poorest customer service we ever experienced from any business. Find someone else.

The landlord really tries to take advantage of students who choose their housing. Unbeknownst to the landlord, I have a security camera so I was able to catch him in his lie when he claimed he was giving a tour of my place and my dog had "pooped everywhere". 1.
