Mr Aprile and His Secretary Diane do not respond or update you on your loved ones when told multiple times you can never get in touch with Mr Aprile not even his Secretary know what’s going on majority of the time she doesn’t even follow Mr Aprile Orders correctly worst service yet he only take cares of major major cases when you spend your money doing anything you can for your loved ones No update on my loved one for a whole year he’s money hungry and all his other reviews a from years ago no new ones but this one
