i came in-person to place an order for just 12 roses. I simply wanted 12 roses no vase, no baby’s breath, and no greenery. I came in a week advanced to place the order for the coming week. i came in the coming week to pick them up. She told me she used them for another project and offered two leftover roses. if i wanted two roses I would have ordered two roses. i think it’s very unprofessional and she didn’t even reach out so i could come up with a solution soon enough.
April Showers II has been our office (Tully Insurance Agency) go to for at least the past 6 years. Always professional, timely, and considerate in their arrangements. I often do not have a specific item in mind, but they are always so helpful in creating or selecting an arrangement on our behalf.
