Highly recommend April! We were referred to her by several people, and when speaking to them, they explained how easy and fast she made the process. My husband and I have always lived in an apartment and we were really wanting to expand to a house. We found a house the first day viewing with her (or so we thought). We loved it the first time we walked through, got accepted, and before signing the lease, asked if she'd walk us through one more time to be sure, as it's a big decision!
