I found April Merrill when I moved back to the OKC metro area after being in Kentucky for 2 years with my husband who was stationed there. First let me say that I have suffered with severe, refractory RLS for years. My sleep specialist in Louisville had me headed in the right direction with the right meds and timing of those meds. My first visit was great very attentive and informative. Then, once I got the sleep study done, even though I made calls to discuss results, they completely abandoned me. They gave me a referral for a c-pap that was very different than what April and I discussed and never bothered to call in the medication she said she would prescribe. So disappointing to be treated this way.
The environment was clean. The front desk personnel was friendly and efficient. Dr. April was professional and explained and elaborated in depth the process and or progress.
April Merrill and staff are extremely outgoing and put you at ease from the start. April explains things so that they are easily understood and takes the time necessary to insure all your questions are answered to your satisfaction. For the best of care in sleep medicine, you need not look any further than April Merrill and staff.
Dr. Merrill and her staff are very personable and spend however much time it takes to answer all questions.
