April Smith is a charlatan. She takes money from divorcees who can't afford it and allows them to make frivolous law suits that result in nothing but grief and debt. Not a good lawyer... So I doubt very seriously she will be a good judge.
One of Fayetteville's own who is willing to serve the community with honesty and integrity!! She was very pleasant to meet!
April Smith. Where do I start? She is a character. She acts as if she will give her 100% but after you secure the retainer, she falls back. She has a big attitude I will admit but she is money motivated...throughout my case she always referred back to the financial part of things. She charges you if you call and speak to the receptionist who is her lesbian cousin. I mean 15-30 bucks for a two min conversation.
