How does a lawyer represent you when she vanishes without a trace and cannot contact her after paid to represent you on a case and she moves and doesn't keep in touch with clients I'm looking for this April to finish a divorce case and she can't be found so divorce is being drug out because she is a no show to court and cannot contact her
Never use an attorney who cannot follow through. How she passed the bar I will never know. Ms. Board lack ethics and morals when it comes to following the law and representing her client to the best of her ability.
Run as fast as you can. Everything which was done for me was paid in full , yet she never completed any suit of mine. Phone calls are never returned. Documents which I requested over 10 times to continue a malpractice suit which she just left hanging were never returned. Mind you, these were my son's medical records which I paid for and obtained and provided her with to aid in the case. In my opinion, she should by no means hold a license to practice law.
