A zero star rating would be appropriate when classifying the practice of Dr April Harris Britt. Google the case of Jatoia Potts. Her five month old son presented in the Duke ER with blunt force trauma incompatible with life. When questioned, Jatoia Potts insisted she was present for but unaware of what caused the blows to her five month olds head and body. That resulted in a brain bleed. In my opinion, Dr. Harris Britt should not work with families as a parent coordinator. Her response time is more than inadequate which causes heightened stress for families. Her billing system is chaotic and unbalanced. I was overcharged numerous times and my coparent was not held accountable for his bill. She lost our passports. She also issued orders after the date of her completion. She never followed up to ensure my coparent went to therapy which she ordered.
