April is a very concerned healthcare provider. Her consultations are informative and encouraging. I am pleased with her service during my time of illness.
April was nice! But very disappointed that she discusses calling in a rx. for me. Then after the rx doesn't make it to the pharmacy, because she failed to mention it in her notes (basically forgot). I called to ask about it, and when i informed her she still chose not to send to pharmacy after discussing it at length to me. This not good practice!!
